Whew, you had me a little concerned there.  I thought perhaps I forgot to load some data.  Anyways, I checked the database and your car is there.  I also double checked the data, the TDI motor in the 2009 models is a 2.0L engine as found here: http://www.vw.com/jettasportwagen/completespecs/en/us/#/show_all 

So if you go through the car registration process and select engin size 2.0L, you'll have two options when you get to the "Fuel" drop down, "D" for diesel and "P" for petrol.  Just select "D" and you are good to go.
